What you can expect

While working with DDB you will be treated as our most important client. All of your likes and dislikes will be noted as well as your needs and concerns for the project. A well communicated plan and guide will assist you in understanding what to expect for your project. You also play a vital role in the process. It is important to be involved in the decision making process as the design enfolds to ensure the project is to your satisfaction in the end. Duration of design process 1-3 months depending on job size, availability, and city cooperation.

What’s included

Plans will include: As-Built Plan, Demo Plan, Dimensioned New Floor Plan, Exterior Elevations, Roof Plan, Electrical Plan, and Site Plan. (Interior Elevations upon request for additional fee)
